The Carrillo family

The story

CFG Reserve was founded by Dominic Carrillo in Tucson, Arizona. After managing 50+ short-term rental properties across Southern Arizona, learning every lesson the hard way about what makes a great guest experience and what destroys one, Dom built CFG Reserve around a simple idea: keep the team small, keep the standards high, and never outsource the things that matter.

CFG Reserve is a family business. Cleaning, maintenance, operations, technology, all handled by people with a personal stake in every property we manage. That's paired with proprietary systems for pricing, guest communication, and reporting that let a focused team consistently outperform companies ten times our size.

We're building a hospitality company that owns every piece of the guest experience, from the moment someone books to the moment they check out. Not a platform. Not a franchise. Just a tight operation that does the work.
